I have 3 children: Harrison (7), Harper Clare (4) and Hattie Margaret (20 months). Harrison participates in the BCAMP after-school program and Hattie attends full-time in the toddler room. Harper gets to come on special occasions, like parents night out and inservice days. Harrison absolutely loves BCAMP: playing computers, working on musical numbers and dance routines, going outside on the playground and playing in Noah's Landing.

Some of my favorite aspects of the program include the reading time and homework help he receives there. This allows more family time for the evenings and helps us out so much! (Not to mention Harrison is an A+ spelling student now!) One day he had misplaced his spelling words, but Mrs. Mills (his after school teacher) took the initiative to look up the words on the Stonegate Elementary website under his classroom teacher. This is just one example of the kinds of things the staff does daily to make it a special place.

Hattie has a wonderful teacher. Mrs. Kite truly loves and nurtures the children and it is obvious to me how attached Hattie is to her teachers because sometimes she is not ready to go home when I pick her up (good thing I'm not jealous!).

When you take a tour of the facility and meet the staff, you'll know that BCAMP is a special place. I love the computer and music room, the movie theater, and Noah's Landing. The toys and books are high quality, lunch is delicious Luby's food, and the teachers give my children a lot of attention. As a working mother with three children, I have had the opportunity to see lots of programs, and this one truly meets our needs.
